  • How do you differentiate between goals that are truly important to you and goals influences by other factors like your family or job?

  • Did you ever have a plan for the future that didn't go as expected? Did the outcome of those plans change how you would set goals in the future?

  • Everyone deals with uncertainty or self-doubt as they walk their path of life. How do you ground yourself or gain confidence in the choices you've made?

  • Are there any goals you've hesitated to pursue due to fear of failure or judgment?

  • What value do you place on mentorship? If you have a mentor, how have they helped you achieve some of your goals? If you were someone else's mentor, let's say a junior in college, what advice would you give them?
