After being quarantined in March, I hadn’t participated in a group facilitated discussion outside of my family dinners in months. Being a part of the intimate, and thought-provoking discussion we had in Back Pocket’s first book club this month- I remembered what I had been missing.

I felt so nervous about participating in an all online discussion. Would I get to share my thoughts? Would I get talked over? Would it be hard to hear from everyone?
