HOLDETTE-ING IT ALL TOGETHER
HOW TO FACILITATE POSITIVE GROUP DISCUSSIONS
When I first started facilitating group discussions, I wasn’t very good at it. At all.
Back in 2013, I started an organization called MOVE, which is a program for teenage girls focusing on self-esteem, mental health, body image, and more. Throughout my eight years running the program, I have led many workshops and directed half a dozen summer sessions. Then it hit me, I wanted to start my own podcast. I wanted to publish my thoughts and my opinions on questions from my friends that go unasked. I started a series called The Rant by Pia Saurbier, and I have never been more excited about a project.
